My grandchild who is 3 loved the her Zippity. She was quick to learn and loved playing. My only concern is the "stick" could become damaged if handled roughly. Children at this age exaggerate their movements. We shall see over time. Quality of the one "stick" and where it links in the bottom piece is a concern. I have purchased many Leapfrog items and love them.

I bought this for my 4 year old and it's way too easy for him. He loves to play Wii games but, they are just a little too hard. I bought this thinking it would be more for his age but, it's just not worth it. I think I will send it back. If you have a 2-3 year old that your trying to teach colors/numbers you might like it but, my 4 year old was bored to death with this.

My 3 year old loves this. It is easy to hook up to your tv. Durable. Does take a lot of C batteries, but has on/off switch to save on the batteries. Got a great price with the lightning deals! Haven't tried the cartridge of additional games yet. He enjoys the 8 games that are preprogrammed.

My son has issues realizing how a mouse moves the cursor on a computer screen so I was worried he would not get the concept of the joystick for the zippity. He picked up quickly how to move through the menus, select games, and manipulate movement in the characters. This system may be limited on some learning aspects but just the idea of following directions and learning coordination is worth it. I just hope they develop more games that help the child grow with the system because even though it keeps his attention now, I can see him growing out of it quick.

We purchased the Zippity system and the Cars game for our 3 year old for Christmas. I had high expectations because we've had some LeapFrog products previously that were great. This one is frustrating. The games are easy enough for our little guy, but the navigation stinks ... and he gets frustrated ... and then we get frustrated. We're just going to get him some Wii games that he can have fun with and he also won't have to worry about the navigation aspect.
