The letters are extremely hard to get out of their spaces and began to rip after very little use. I thought we would be able to spell words out and the Tag would read them but this is not the case. I was bummed, as my 4 year old loves to spell and I thought this would be great for him. There's no way he could get the letters out on his own. I returned it.

Baught for my daughter when she was 5, we have started using it now that she is 7. It's fun & she like the control of changing the letters to make new words.

My daughter can not even pull the letter out! The game is made of cardboard, and the pieces are stuck in there tightly. It hurts my fingers to even pull them out. Very good concept; very bad execution.

I thought that this product would be a great way to motivate my 5 year old to become more interested in his spelling words. Unfortunately, the tag reader will not read the words that he builds on his own. It only reads the words that they tell him to build. What a missed opportunity!

I love all the TAG products, but this one has not measured up. The silly sentence board is great as well, but this one is for younger children. For ages 4-7, I expected it to help my child with spelling. Instead it simply has them put letters in place. Find the B. Find the A. Find the T. She is not advance enough to spell many words, but this is too boring for her. I would have expected it to have more challenging levels such as try to spell ball. I suppose it would be a fine toy for a 3 or 4 year old, but then it would not hold up for that age child.
