No idea why this is categorized as a "toy"... nonetheless, this charger works great and does both AA's and AAA's. I'm using rechargeable batteries everywhere I can now since the price of the batteries is reasonable, each charge lasts FAR FAR longer than a regular Alkaline disposable battery and I don't have to worry about properly disposing of the Alkaline batteries. Just make sure you get good batteries, I've had good luck with the Eneloops and HiTech AA and AAA batteries.

I bought this product to help ease the constant purchase of AAA and AA batteries for my remote controls and wireless keyboard. Am I impressed! Fast charge times and the batteries last long as well. Burrowed a pair of batteries to my neighbour for their digital camera. It lasted them a full week taking put pictures everyday. A definitely MUST recommend for me.
